Neil Josephine Villagonzalo, 21, hails from Albay, Bicol, and currently resides in Davao for her studies.
As a third-year college student at the University of the Philippines Mindanao, she juggles two full-time jobs alongside her academic commitments.
Passionate about writing, Neil often crafts stories inspired by and dedicated to her family. Despite her busy schedule, she maintains her love for literature and creative expression.
