Writing Place 1

Writing places is more than just a means of inviting tourists. It connects the landscape of the place with the writer's inner and outer journey for the self and their reflection. In this activity, the students read David Carlin's "Lyrebirds in the Impasse" using William Zinsser's elements of writing a place in his essay, "Writing about Places".
